Get ready to wiggle, explore, dance, and connect with nature. We will provide a guided experience that follows a structure that allows for individual exploration in caregiver-child pairs and also brings the whole group together to promote a contemplative dance community. We will sing, explore nature and different sensory experiences, and use creative movement exploration to grow fine and gross motor skill development.
